Description: This painting was inspired by a photograph of the Hotel del Coronado by digital artist and photographer Oscar G. Medina. I obtained Oscar’s permission for his digital art  to be the inspiration for my painting. I've simplified the building from the photographic image,  and tried to capture the Ocean waves as they crash on to the beach from an approaching storm.
