Abstract Artist

Born and raised in Santa Barbara California, I love to surf, practice Yoga and Meditation. I currently teach Surfing and Kayaking in San Diego while continuing to refine my artistic techniques. I began painting at the age of 26.

All of my work lies somewhere between pain and joy. There would be no reason to paint without one or the other. My work is a true reflection of my inner self..... An unknown language.

Nothing is more despondent than an empty blank canvas. Once the first steps of creation begin, so begins the emotional release. My work is inspired by the artists Jackson Pollock and Wassily Kadinsky. I use the convergence of two techniques. The first being brush strokes and the other literally pouring and dripping.
